I stayed for about twenty minutes — just long enough to take in the scene and capture this long-exposure shot. With the water already running high and the sky darkening by the minute, it was clear I needed to get out before the storm trapped me there. That sense of urgency only made the moment feel more powerful: the roar of the falls, the energy in the air, and the knowledge that nature was calling the shots.
